1. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the local laws of Pakistan. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Sangla Hill, Punjab. The language of the proceedings shall be English or Urdu.

9. Limitation of Liability In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
